Daily Check-in ANG: Wednesday, Dec 3rd

Hey there beautiful peoples,

Midweek again already although for some of us that are still amongst the working population might disagree with the *again*.

So what are you all up to? Is there a workout in your plans for today or are you more inthe mood for taking a nice rest day? I had two options for Day 3 of Elevate and I did both as they each were pretty relaxed.

I know I'm repeating myself but again I have to say I've got no clue what will appear on our plates today but.. soup sounds really appealing. It's rather chilly out and soup is a real comforting dish IMO.

I've also got another question nicked from the podcast: do you lay out your workout clothes ahead (like e.g. the night before for those who work out first thing in the morning) or are you the kind that just quickly grabs something out of your closet (or your pile😜)?

I bet you all know my answer... indeed the night before. I've actually laid out the clothes I want to wear the next day since youth, it was something ingrained in our family, got even more important in my army days and now I can't change it anymore. It's as normal as breathing for me. There's even a specific order.😲🤣

Okay, more than enough rambling again for today. I'm off for breakfast and then get ready for hubs' 2nd appt at the ophthalmo.
