How is it Wednesday??
Time is so crazy at the moment. It is flying by so quickly.
Something else I have been thinking about is how I feel like there is no time for anything. I rush and rush around to get things done during the week, but for what reason? To sit on the couch and be bored? I am trying to take the pressure off myself, but it is pretty hard. I have been puzzling in the evenings, which has been helpful to keep me awake. This is instead of dozing on the couch all evening and then feeling yucky. Do others struggle with this too?
I missed checking in yesterday. I had good intentions, but the day slipped away. I did go to the gym and did a mostly upper-body focused workout. I am happy to say I feel confident moving up on my shoulder presses with dumbbells. 8kg here I come.
What do you have planned today? I am on the fence. Either run after work, since I did not get it done on Monday, or go to the gym for a lower-body workout.
Dinner is chicken, roasted potatoes, and broccoli. Simple, but tasty.
