Daily Check-in ANG: Tuesday, Dec 2nd

Hoi hoi there,

How's everybody doing today? Would you be surprised if I told I was in bed by 21:30 last night? Well, if yes, than be surprised because I was, I think I was even asleep by 22:00!

Anyways, I don't think my sleeping habits are what you're interested in, so let's get to what we're here for yeah? Questions!!!!

Ha, you thought I was going to say workouts and dinner right? Well since that's what you thought, tell me all about those first. What do your workouts look like? Tough and heavy, easier and lighter? Lifting or HIIT, a combo of all?

For me, Day 2 of Elevate and I picked option 1, a workout with Tasha for about 47 min with UB half EMOMs and of course a finisher.

I'm afraid I'm not able to you which yumminess will be on my plate today since I haven't got any idea whatsoever. I'd say give me some but by the time I read them I'll be ready to jump in my PJ's...

Soooo, back to the questions. I don't know if any of you have seen the lastest FB podcast? I have and the questions there were actually quite good. When Tasha mentioned piling her to fold laundry in a nice hight stack, I thought it would make a good question for our little group here. So obviously the question is:

Do you immediately fold your laundry when it's dry or do you also leave it to do at another time or even another day? I'll add another quicky... do you iron your clothes?

I fold as soon as its dry, I don't use a tumble dryer even though I have one but dry my laundry on a drying rack or outside if the weather permits. I only iron when absolutely necessary and luckily that's hardly ever.
