Knee Friendly Program Request

I am posting to request a workout program that is knee friendly, with low to no squats and lunges. I have done two of the three low impact programs. The no jumping part is great, but I have to swap a lot of the lower body workouts for Pilates workouts due to them involving several variations of squats and lunges. I can do 2 sets of squats, but more than that hurts my knee, even though I've done physical therapy and made sure to use proper form. I know fitness blender does not give medical advice and encourages modifications, but I think a lot of people would enjoy a knee friendly program so we don't have to modify quite so much. In the mean time, after I finish all the low impact programs, my next plan is to do the flex programs and insert lower body Pilates on the off days. P.S. Alternatively it would also be cool to have "knee friendly" or "no squats or lunges" as a filter option when searching individual workout videos.
