Daily Check-in ANG: Wednesday, November 26th

Let's get to it! What sort of movement will you be doing today? An ice-cold seaswim? Getting some steps in while listening to an audio book? Deloading? I've got some active recovery routines planned. I got a migraine yesterday - fortunately it was mild! - and I don't want to push it. I may do only one of these instead of both as originally planned.

Also, I would like to say that it's been almost seven weeks since my last migraine; they had been coming a 2-3 times a month, so this feels like a win!

Winner, winner, chicken dinner! At least, we're having chicken with our dinner: a fall-type salad with chicken, leafy greens, roasted sweet potatoes, pearl barley, and some other stuff. I've never made it before. What will grace your plates today?

Random question: do you like to hear your heart beating, or does it creep you out? If I lay a certain way at night, I can hear it, and it makes me anxious! It's like I'm afraid if I listen to it, it will stop! #weirdo.
