How is your holiday season going? I know this is a BUSY time of year for many, so this week’s free workout is a quick one…

Total Body Quick Cardio with Plank Finisher

This is a no-fluff workout that is over in 18 minutes (minus a cooldown), and will boost your heart rate through a fun descending ladder format.

Many of the exercises can be made low or high-impact, catering very well to many fitness levels and falling easily into a level 3 or 4 difficulty!

While core work is naturally weaved into the cardio portion, the 3-minute plank finisher at the end is a great way to wrap up and really test your isometric core strength.

Do you typically opt for shorter workouts during a busy season or try to stick with your “normal” routine?
