Hi, FB Community. I'm really struggling to find my workout mojo again. I've always been known affectionately among my friends as the "energizer rabbit" due to my love of fitness and being active. But last year, things suddenly got really tough -- after a horribly fast decline, my mom died, ending a dizzying cycle of back-and-forth travel to help care for her. Since then, I've just not had the same motivation or excitement surrounding working out. I know grief can impact every aspect of one's life, but I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on finding one's fitness spirit again.
