Daily Check-in ANG: Wednesday, November 19th

Hi di ho ladies,

Welcome to the second to last Wednesday of November. It's not even 7am here and I've already finished my workout for today. Something Tasha calls active recovery with weighted core, same format as last week. Another level 4 which miraculously makes you feel rather relaxed after finishing.

What about you? Also got a relaxing workout scheduled or will it be more on the sweaty, exhausting side? Maybe you're more in need of a rest day and that is fine too because we definitely need those too.

What we also need is sustenance (wow, look at me using a fancy word!) for our bodies but alas I've no clue what it'll be at Maison Chalmet. I'm sure we'll come up with something though. Maybe you can already give me some inspiration for tomorrow?

Okido, guess that's about it for me, I'm gonna get started on feeding my zoo and myself and then get ready to take hubs to his ophthalmo appt. Fingers crossed all goes well there, I'm actually feeling a bit worried hence the early workout.🤞
