Today’s new FREE release is a quick, mobility-focused companion to the longer Day 18 FB Momentum 30 Day Program workout. It’s part of a series of shorter, free workouts that drop each week alongside the full-length Momentum program. These quick sessions give you a sneak peek into the 4-week challenge and offer an accessible way to get moving when time is tight.
This session moves through some light prep work, dynamic mobility, and deep stretches, all in under 20 minutes. If you’re feeling a little stiff or need a low-impact recovery day, this is one of those sessions that feels good from start to finish. You’ll work through a smooth flow of movements designed to loosen things up without overthinking or overdoing it.
Personally, I love having routines like this ready to go. Not every day needs to be high intensity or heavy lifting; sometimes, you need something that helps your body reset. These shorter options are also perfect when you’re short on time but still want to get something in that actually does something.
And if you want a little more time to stretch and recover, check out the full Day 18 session inside the FB Momentum program. That one runs about 25 minutes and includes additional movements to go a bit deeper into the recovery. Either version is a great way to stay consistent and take care of your body in between the more demanding training days.
