HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group November 17th

Hello Blendfriends! I'm about to start Day 32 of Shift, which according to the comments is going to make me feel "better than any massage". We'll see how it goes, I have trouble following yoga 😜 But I am going to allow myself to be a beginner. With practice, I might even get better 🙃

Other than that, this will be a quick Monday greeting from me as I must head off soon to the doctor's office. I'm trying to do proper maintenance on my body and have made appointments for the flu vaccine, a mammogram, and today, an appointment for a non-urgent consultation that was available more quickly than I expected. Definitely not complaining! So here's today's thought :

Edit : OK, that yoga workout started out way too relaxing. Going to do it this evening instead.
