Another important thing: How's yous all doing? Feeling ready to start another week? Looking forward to some nice happenings? Gosh, is that even a word?!
What happened for me today was the start of week 2 of Expand with another ouchie LB workout with Tasha. EMOM style again, slightly different format but with the same killer finisher. This time however I came prepared and I've scheduled a nice stretch for some time this afternoon as I can already feel the soreness kicking in.
But what's on your calendars? I know Kavya is probably halfway through day 1 of Crazy Work Week 2, Coby, Lynne (I think) and Karen are Shifting and Elevating, Cabob is... freestyling (yes?), and Lea will probably go balling some pickles if the weather permits...
And staying with important stuff: how about food? Hubs and I have been brainstorming for some ideas for this week and one of them was salmon with potato/spinach mash. And you know what? That actually sounds pretty good, I'll see if I can convince hubs to do the salmon and I'll do the mash.
