Hello there! Another morning, day, evening. I hope it's treating you well thus far.

Do you guys prefer when those of us in the US post the night before so it's here earlier or does it not really matter to you? If I post before bed, I feel it gets lost by morning and you have to hunt for it. Alternatively, then some people here see it before they even go to bed. Idk. I don't have the right answer or a better solution.

I do know I'm probably taking another rest day. I'm supposed to do a half hour run, but I don't know if I'll have time. What about you guys? What are you getting into?

What about dinner? What will be filling your plates or bowls? Pizza for the boys here. Jack is having a few buddies over to watch American football and shoot hoops in the gym. Paige and I will be catered by a local Mexican restaurant at her Cross Country banquet this evening.

This morning will be spent giving Riley a long overdue "spa day" aka trim, nail clipping, etc. She hates it, which turns it into a family event 🙄.
