New YouTube Workout! Express Upper Body and Core

Hey there, wishing you all the best as we near the end of 2025! 

Express Upper Body and Core

Today's release will also be accessible for free on YouTube as well 🤗  In total, the video is about 20 minutes and the workout portion is 14 minutes. We complete 7 exercises, twice in a row for each, and they are a combo of moves that strengthen the upper body and core muscles. As a bonus, you'll find that you're enhancing your overall body control and proprioception, making it feel like a functional workout! 

Although it's a shorter routine, we make full use of our time by working different areas of the body simultaneously while also having the option to lift heavier weights to increase the difficulty. I share more tips in the write-up, but you'll want to prioritize alignment, control, and core engagement above all else.

I should also mention that this routine is all standing for those who prefer it for various reasons!
