HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group November 13th
Hello, everyone, and Happy Thursday! How is everyone doing? I completed day 3 of Shift and i am finding it very noticeable how much hungrier I've been these past 3 days. None of the workouts were very strenuous, nor did I push myself very hard but yesterday in particular I was ravenous and I'm now hungry even though it's 9AM and I usually don't feel hungry at all before noon. Clearly I need to up my protein.
What else? I'm reading a book I'm not enjoying and I'm not going to name because I doubt anyone here needs to be warned away but I'm going to finish it because I need to confirm if the villain really is who I think (the only female character of any importance). I'll read the Murderbot series after since all the books are well reviewed and pretty short and afterwards I want to read "The Terror" by Dan Simmons because I really liked the tv series but the book is 800 pages and I don't want to fall behind on my reading goal for the year.
Ok, I need to get going with my day which I unfortunately can't cancel. Wishing everyone a good one.
