Happy Wednesday, Blendies, and happy 49th birthday to me! If you were here, I'd share a piece of my cake with you. It's not flashy-looking, and I've never made it before, but I think I'll like it. It's a pumpkin spice latte cake, so I can't imagine *not* liking it. There's even a little bit of espresso in the frosting. Inge and Cabob, I'll eat your pieces for you!
So what exciting things am I doing for my birthday? Well, taking my youngest to band, doing some math, and going to our homeschool P.E. group. You know...a normal day, except with cake. I don't need a big to-do; just my family, not cooking, and cake and I'm happy! How do you prefer to celebrate your birthday?
Enough about moi. What is on your workout calendar for today? Heart-pounding hiit? Or maybe some stretching and mobility? Or functional fitness, like dragging logs or gardening? I plan on walking in that fancy neighborhood during band class.
What about food? We are going out for pizza to a place where you can build your own pizza and they bake it for you. They've got vegan options, and it's really good! What will you be having today?
