HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group November 11th
I start today’s thread by being thankful and honouring the brave men and women who have fought and continue to fight for peace and freedom.
Good Tuesday morning! I am waking up to a winter wonderland. When we went walking after supper last night, snow was falling but I didn’t think there would be any accumulation. So my first workout of the day will be shovelling our driveway.
I’m hoping that this work day will be a normal one, after an intense Monday. I want to return to my my normal daily routine, which includes continuing the Blend 2-week challenge, and drinking enough water (I tend to stop hydrating when stressed).
I’ll try a new broccoli cheddar soup for supper tonight. I’ll see if I have time during the day to try making a crusty bread to go with it. I haven’t made bread often, so it’s always an adventure for me.
