Hey there all you lovely ANG blenderbuddies. Me for two days…and I think I mentioned history this week. Oops, now I’ve got to come up with something and hopefully inspiring enough, unlike my (most boring in the world) history teacher. I had him in secondary school more than 50(!) years ago and I still have a trauma over that, ok, right, that is a bit of an exaggeration, but he WAS boring! Anyway: my photo today, can you guess what it is? I saw it in Wales a few weeks ago… very intriguing I hope. I will tell you tomorrow.

Workout: oops, pickleballing again today! I just really enjoy it. And you? Challenging yourself with a challenge? FBplussing it with a (freebie) plus workout? Today is the last day of that, right?! Let us know what you are doing and you might inspire others. I have picked up and done a few workouts recently that others were enthusiastic about. So who knows?
