This is just a little appreciation post of Brian's stretching segments in his workout videos and his active recovery workouts. The really long stretches he sometimes does at the end of his workouts just feel so incredible. And his active recovery workouts really hit the spot (I like the other trainers' active recovery ones, too, but really enjoy Brian's long static stretches).
I just did Strength and Cardio with Brian and I could feel myself getting more flexible throughout the challenge plus I really felt like the long stretches at the end of each workout helped me recover so much more easily.
