Bodyweight vs. Weighted

Good evening,

I’m sure a lot of you will go “duh,” but I’m going to ask anyway. My mind has been a bit blah after this last illness.

So yesterday, I did a bodyweight-only, level 4, lower body routine. This evening, I’m going to do a weighted, level 4, upper body routine.

Is it okay to do bodyweight-only for one body focus and then do weighted for another body focus the following day, or should they both be weighted/unweighted?
