Getting Back Into It After Major Health Issue

Hi!

I'm looking for advice or recommendations on workouts to help me ease back into exercise. I haven't exercised since February of this year because I had a hemorrhagic stroke. My doctors say that I can exercise again.

I'm feeling a lot better, but definitely achy and tight from lack of exercise. Plus, I gained weight while I've been off work.

Any easy but effective workouts that you'd recommend?
