Can you believe it's already Wednesday again? The week will be over before we know it, but let's not think about that just yet. I know you ladies aren't ready yet to leave my company.😜
What I do hope you're ready for is moving those bodies. How will that look for you today? For me it was another weighted core WO with Brian and it actually made me think of a question. When doing things like leg lifts or flutter kicks, do you keep your hands under or next to your butt? I don't, I actually keep them under my head and lift my shoulders a bit. And if I remember correctly it was Daniel (?) who said putting them under makes you lose the purpose of the exercise. I think whether you put them under or not, as long as it works for you, that's the main thing right?
Anyhoo, we also need to fill our bellies so tell me what's for dinner tonight? We're having mussels with lots of celery, bell peppers, onions and garlic. Most probably with french baguette on the side.
The rest of my day will be spend with crochet and/or reading as I've already finished most of my chores. I've even already mopped my floors!
