Welcome to Wednesday.

I am slowly coming back around and promise to be back regularly soon.

I am keeping up my activities while listening to my body. I had a very nice run last night, with my fastest kilometre of the year. I felt great.

There is a lot of stress and uncertainties in our house at the moment and I am trying to navigate them. Hence the thought of the day. It is hard to be optimistic when you feel like everything is working against you. I take things day by day at the moment.

I will go to the gym tonight and do a few upper and lower body exercsies. We will have salad with chicken again. It was quite tasty last night.
