I'm ba-a-a-ck! It's day two of Ghost-essing! So, here's a fall related question. What do you look forward to eating (or making) in the fall?
For me, it's a focus on cinnamon. I made a chocolate chip snickerdoodle cake yesterday and tonight we're having baked potatotes with dinner. Cinnamon and baked potatoes make me feel like cooler weather is here. I eat them sometimes when it is warm, but they feel soooo cozy in cool weather.
Now, on to the core (see what I did there?) purpose of this post---what are you moving today?
For me, I did today's lower body strength yesterday and I'm taking it easy, maybe a walk or long stretch today.
And we can't forget food! I'm already thinking about food while sipping on my coffee...I've mentioned the baked potatoes, and I'll be grilling some sirloins for dinner. We'll also toss together a salad and open a bottle of red wine. YUM!
