Hi everyone, Happy Saturday! a little post Halloween Humor from my favorite cartoon, Calvin and Hobbes!

Hope good things are instore for you this weekend! I'm not sure how we are all the way to November 1st! This year seems to have flown by (except the part where we were packing and unpacking - that was SO SLOW)! But on to our purpose!

Workout? Shift? Deloading? TBD? (to be determined) Rest day? We're here for it all.

Not just expending energy, how are we fueling out bodies today?

I have Day something from Shift that is loweb body strength. After I have coffee, I'll figure out if i need to swap.

What else are you up to today? Anyone swearing off candy until the next holiday? Going to a meet or a game? Community project? Hiking in the woods? Socializing? We have not big plans beyond getting outside and seeing the fall foliage and perhaps a new dessert place : )

Since it's already November 1st, here a thought.

When you do start thinking about the holidays and making plans? Are you a traditionalist? a planner? a.person who flys by the seat of their pants?
