HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group November 1st

Good first day of this new month! We will turn the clocks back one hour here tonight, so we will gain an hour of sleep, but the sun will set around 4:40pm tomorrow. Win some, lose some?

So how was your month of October? What made you the most happy or content last month? I’m happy that I met 3 of my 4 fitness goals: I finished the Bodyweight challenge, finished Flex R2 (which I absolutely loved, except for 1 workout), and I started a new challenge (the Blend trial).

I did not walk at least 30km, I was in fact far from it, but that gives me something to shoot for this month. I also want to finish the Blend challenge and start a new one. But my main goal this months is really to get my eating in check. I did not eat in a calorie deficit at least 80% of the time in October, so that will be a major focus for me this month.

What are you looking forward to in November? Anything fun coming up? We will be putting up our Christmas tree next weekend, earlier than usual, because we have to make sure that it fits before the 30-day return period ends. We will also install outdoor Christmas lights, before it gets too cold. And I am looking forward to starting to listen to my Christmas music playlist. Yes, Mariah Carey and Michael Buble are on it.
