How to maintain fitness while having less time to work out?
For the past 5 years, my work arrangements have been flexible and I have had plenty of time for my workouts. I’ve probably averaged 6 days a week for 40-50 minutes each day. I have made happy progress in strength and cardio endurance.
I am starting a new job soon with significantly less flexible arrangements, so it will be a challenge to exercise at the same frequency as before. I am apprehensive that a drop in frequency will cause a loss in fitness, particularly in strength.
Might anyone have tips on how to work smart and (as much as possible) maintain my current level of fitness despite the time crunch?
