I'm turning 40 tomorrow (Nov 1). I know I’m not going to wake up tomorrow suddenly feeling “old” 😅, but I’ve heard quite a bit about how things can start to change in your forties, recovery taking longer, metabolism slowing down, weight being a bit harder to manage, and so on.
For those of you who’ve already gone through (or are going through) this stage, what have you noticed over the years? Have you made any changes in the way you train, recover, or take care of yourself? I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences and any advice you wish you’d known when you entered your forties.

Thank you!!
