It's the last day of October, whaaaaaat? Do you or your family do anything for Halloween?

We don't. We plan to turn off all the lights and spend the evening in our basement watching a movie! Don't ring my doorbell, there's no candy here!

There is, however, a Blender who is taking a rest day. according to Shift. Well, I might go for a walk. What will you be doing for movement on this final day of the month?

I know what I'm doing for food: pizza! I might grind my own grain to make my pizza dough, or try the thing where you pour sourdough starter into a hot cast iron skillet and bake it for the crust. Store-bought Trader Joe's crust for my guys, since they're not impressed by freshly ground grain or sourdough, lol! What will you be eating today?
