New Workout! No Repeat Lower Body Strength + Core

Hey Team!

This one is a great reminder that you can get a lot done without a long workout. Week 3, Day 1 is a No Repeat Lower Body Strength + Core Workout that targets your lower body and core with focused, efficient work, all packed into a format that helps you stay consistent, especially when your schedule’s tight.

No Repeat Lower Body Strength + Core

You will work through three sets with six exercises each — squats, lunges, single-leg strength, and direct core work. It’s a mix of functional movement and classic strength training.

When I filmed this one, I went heavier for the first move in each set. That’s where I felt the freshest and could push the strength side a bit more. You don’t need to go heavy, but if you’re feeling good and your form’s solid, that’s a great place to challenge yourself. If you’re not there today, no problem, there’s enough variety and movement here to still walk away feeling like you trained with purpose.

This is a great option for days when you want a lower-body workout that won’t leave you exhausted. You’ll definitely feel the work, but the structure moves fast and gives you just enough time to reset between sets. It’s the kind of workout that helps build strength without overthinking every move.
