Where to begin (again)? 🫣

I’m in my early 60’s and, though I’ve been active all my life, I haven’t had a workout routine for the last 3 years (other than pretty regular hiking). I need to get back on a consistent routine but am struggling to get motivated. I’d be so grateful for any suggestions on where to begin. I prefer body weight routines or ones using hand weights. And I need to begin slowly.
