Business before pleasure, so let's get down to business and look at our ghosting (weekend guest host) schedule:

If you'd like to try your hand at ghosting, just let Inge or me know and we'll get you scheduled! The only requirements are that you can type, and ask us what workouts we're doing and what we're eating. That's it, and you're hired!

Now, onto pleasure. And even though we may be grimacing or telling the trainers that they have lost their ever-loving minds for asking us to do lizard hops or Turkish get-ups, we love the endorphin rush and the challenge! Or the slow breathing while stretching, or the surprising burn that barre brings. Take your pick. What will it be for you today? I've got day something of Shift, bodyweight hiit with Erica.

Now, I once knew a woman who found no pleasure in eating at all; she simply ate to stay alive. I literally don't understand this! Maybe she'd never had pumpkin spice?
