Postpartum graves disease

Hi All,

I'm wanting some help with where to start with the programs.

I was doing the postpartum recovery & FB strong, always loved exercise & was doing well. But then I was hit down with a severe infection from retained products, & then a thyroid storm a few days later, with untreated graves disease as the cause. Which I was hospitalised for just a bit over a week ago.

I'm wanting to get back to exercise, obviously feeling a bit better. But I'm still struggling with high heart rate & weakness (plus other things). I did a workout yesterday & it kinda hurt my ego, as I had to use way lighter weights & couldn't finish it. So I'm wanting to take another avenue & so different workouts than what I'm used to - I like HITT & weight training.

Is there a program that would be challenging & not too slow paced, but that might better suit my physical ability right now?
