HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group September 28th

Good Tuesday morning!

So what’s on your workout calendar today, to enable you to outrun zombies? One of my goals this month was to start another 2-week challenge and I decided on the FB Blend trial. Today will be a 30-minute workout mixing lower body strength with HIIT.

We didn’t walk as far as I had hoped last night, so we’ll try again tonight. I want to take photos of a house in our neighbourhood that is all light up for Halloween. For now, I’ll share photos below of other houses that we’ve seen on previous walks.

Anything good on the menu for supper? We’ll be having hot dogs (vegetarian for me) with fries, something quick and simple. Lunch will be a quesadilla made with the leftover black bean mix from last night. David added Chipotle powder and it’s quite spicy.
