For dinner I'm going to an *actual* party. Tonight is the cross country awards banquet, and it's a potluck. In keeping with my "Taco Tuesday" theme (really, just any Mexican food), I'm bringing salsa verde chicken. What will be on your plates today?

Finally, a question. Feel free to skip, of course. Yesterday I took my oldest shopping for pants and shoes that he needs for his new job, and I gotta say, I'd rather rip my arm hair out because clothes shopping with my kids is just painful (but this is the last time since he's now employed, ha!). When we got home, he asked if he could do laundry so he could wash his new pants, and I was shocked, because I never wash new clothes before wearing them, and didn't realize that *he* did! I think he was appalled that I didn't, lol! (And maybe you are too?) So my question: do you wash new clothes before wearing them for the first time, or do you like to keep that "just out of the store" feeling? This is a judgment-free zone!
