new morning routine

Hi FB community, I wanted to share my newly set goal for a consistent morning movement routine. I don't like working out seriously in the morning but I would like to start my day with short and gentle movement more often.

My house was recently modernized. Now I have a balcony which I didn't have before. So I started to roll out my mat on the balcony and did a short warm-up after waking up yesterday and realized I love what it does to my energy level and mood.

They were doing construction work at my house all year and for a couple of months it was extremely stressful (think of being unable to move around your flat from 8 am to 5 pm because there was work done in almost every room). But now it is almost done and I can enjoy the view from my newly set up balcony. Don't know if I will be able to maintain this routine when it gets really cold but I'm up for the challenge.

What does your morning routine look like? For me it will hopefully be balcony workout and tea from now on.
