I hope you’re having a great week. I want to share a little bit about something new in the FB world I’ve been enjoying lately!
The Trainer Talk Podcast 🎙️

As an avid podcast listener myself, I was really excited to jump into this project with the rest of the FB team. To me, podcasts are a great way to connect with other like-minded individuals, feel seen and normalized in your struggles, be inspired and also learn a thing or two along the way!
Fun (maybe strange?) fact about me: I often choose listening to podcasts over music while working out 😅 ...But I listen most frequently during mundane tasks like dishes, cleaning, laundry, and driving :)
Since this is new to us, our plan is to release 1 episode per month as we gather data/feedback and find our own groove "behind the mic." As always, we welcome any comments and suggestions!
Episode 2 is dropping next Monday and, get ready, this one pulls back the curtain a bit on some of the trainers' personal fitness journeys!
