New FREE Hip Mobility Sequence with Kayla

Your hips are the bridge between your upper and lower body, and this workout is all about keeping that bridge strong, stable, and mobile:

Hip Reset: Mobility & Stability Flow

In this session, we’ll focus on hip rotation, glute activation, and deep core control. Using a foam roll or prop, you’ll get real-time feedback to help your body learn better alignment and activation patterns. You’ll feel your glutes, inner thighs, and core working in new ways, especially during exercises like clamshells with the foot on the wall and reverse clamshells with a foam roll. These small, precise movements train the muscles that often get overlooked but make a huge difference in how your hips feel and function.

This is not a “sweat” workout; rather, it’s a feel workout. You’ll leave the mat feeling centered, stronger, and more in control of how your hips and core move together.
