Think you need an hour to build strength? Today’s release only needs 25 minutes: 

Express Total Body Pure Strength

You’ll start with a quick warm-up to wake up your stabilizers and prep your hips and shoulders. From alternating bird dogs to side lunges with rotation, every move primes your body for multi-planar strength.

The first 10-minute circuit (40 seconds on, 20 seconds off) builds foundational control. You’ll blend traditional strength moves with functional combos like the Weighted Airplane + Reverse Lunge + Bicep Curl to keep your brain and body equally engaged.

The second 10-minute circuit (30 on, 30 off) dials up intensity. You’ll go heavier, focusing on power and precision. Equal rest time allows you to lift strong every set.

Through this routine, you can expect to strengthen your posterior chain, improve balance and joint stability, and feel that post-workout glow of fatigue and focus. You’ll finish this one feeling stronger, taller, and more connected from head to toe.
