Trying to make it work

I have been a member for almost 10 years and motivation waxes and wanes. The last couple of months I hardly did any FB workouts, I did walk to work almost all workdays (4 per week). I noticed my back was starting to hurt though, probably because of less stretching and less strength workouts. So, I've made a plan. I'm doing 3 FB workouts per week and walking to work 3 days per week (maybe 4.. ). Hope this will help me get back into a routine, lessen my back pain and get stronger again.

How are you all doing? What do you do when motivation is lacking and routine goes out the window?
