Daily Check-in ANG: Friday, October 24th

I'm so sorry but where I was blah yesterday, I'm super cranky today and having typed your whole check-in only to push a wrong button, losing the whole shebang and having to type it all again, isn't helping. So let's quickly get into it so I can leave you in the capable hands of Cabob who'll be our weekend ghostess. Thanks in advance Cabob!

Okido, workouts and dinner... I can be very short on the latter, no clue but I can tell you that yesterday we ended up having a vegetarian thai dinner. It was store bought so don't ask me what exactly I was eating but it was yum.

Workouts, lower body with Torturous Tasha, some guided practice with Haley that I skipped but I did add a short 8 min hip mobility routine with Nicole. That completed day 33 of Shift and man, you don't know how much I want this program to be over! 9 more days to go!!!
