Hello my ghoul-friends!

I didn’t know what I was going to post until I walked into a dentist appointment and saw all of these. These are all pumpkins even the ones that look like donuts.

My fav might be Shawn the sheep, but the donuts are beautiful and looked real. My first thought was why is the dentist offering donuts.

Water aerobics was canceled again so I went for a walk in the sprinkling rain and did a 10 minute upper body with Daniel.

I’m presenting at another Zoom conference on Saturday, and I have some projects to complete. I am planning on salmon for dinner.
