Week 2, Day 3 of FB 3 x 3: Upper Body Strength (Pull) + Core!

Good morning FB Family!

If you’re following along with the FB 3 x 3 challenge, you’ve made it to the end of the workouts for Week #2! Today’s Week 2, Day 3 workout release contains equal focuses on upper body strength (pull muscles) and the core:

Upper Body Pull Strength Circuits with Core Work

The fun aspect of this workout? The core work is integrated into the upper body strength exercises with unilateral moves and balance/coordination elements. Thus, even though this routine has an upper body focus, you’ll still challenge total body fluidity of movement and range of motion!

Like every other workout in the challenge, the roughly 20-minute duration makes this routine perfect for time-crunched or mentally taxing seasons of life. And you get to determine just how hard you want to push yourself while feeling accomplished for your performance regardless of your efforts.

Don’t be discouraged if you lose your balance here and there or this routine feels a bit more challenging than your typical workout! You’ll see me wobble and callout near-falls a couple of times during the video. Why? Because I’m human and because I erroneously think that alerting you to my “near misses” will spur you to action to save me through the screen (illogical).
