Remember those winds and rain I told you about yesterday? Well, they're here, it's still dark outside but I can hear it howling around the house while the rain is banging agains my shutters. Let's hope my cake won't take flight when I go over to Marie's this afternoon!
Anyhoo, you know those days when you're not really feeling like working out? I've got one of those. I'm feeling all blah and when I saw Shift had a sort of recovery day I felt super relieved. Even though I did take a look at Aly's workout, I decided to switch anyway. Trust me, 9 mins of sitting and doing breathwork would drive me absolutely bananas, so I found an I Don't Wanna by Kayla I hadn't done before and did that.
What about you? Feeling sluggish too or are you all chipper and eager to start your workouts?
And what about dinner? Darn, I still need to figure out something for that too?? No, I'm really not feeling up to that so come on ladies, hit me with your ideas!
I think I've got it all covered right? Workouts, yep. Dinner, yep. Oh gosh I knew there was something! Ghosting, let's take a quick look at our schedule. As you can see some weekends in Novemember..- really Inge? Can't even type anymore now??!! - November.. are covered but there's some room left. So if you want one of the leftover weekends just give Coby or myself a shout and we'll fill you in.
