08:40am here: chicken coop opened✅, dogs out for pee and poo, fed✅, cat fed✅, fruit sliced, diced and cooling in fridge✅... seems I've got most of my very early morning chores covered.
Of course all this was done after my workout for day 31 of Shift. Upper body today and I swapped the original Nicole for a not yet done by Brian. And while the workout wasn't really that long, it sure packed a punch, especially that EMOM finisher.
What's not covered yet is dinner. I've got some green cabbage and chicory to use up so I'll let hubs decide on the meat first and then I'll see which veggie goes best with that. Sounds like a plan right?
Funny enough I haven't really got anything exciting to talk about today, not that the other days are any better but I can't seem to find anything interesting. So, instead of just rambling on I'll leave it up to you ladies to come up with something. Tell me about your workout plans, dinner plans and any other plans you've got planned.🤪
Okay, I'm off, my stomach is trying to tell me something so I best get some breakfast in me.
