It seems that fall has finally started here, with rainy and windy days. What’s the weather like where you are?
I will be doing a stretching workout today, in between days of the Flex R2 program. It’s the optional last workout of the 2-week Bodyweight challenge. I know it’s optional but I’m a completist and will only mark the challenge as complete once I’ve done all the workouts. What’s on your exercise calendar for today?
Food-wise, we’ll be having tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwiches for supper, to go with the weather. What’s on the menu at your house?
