Daily Check-in ANG: Tuesday, October 21st

Hello my cutie pies,

How are we all feeling on this Tuesday morning? Stomping at the bit to get started or feeling all grumpy because it was so comfy in bed you didn't want to get out?

We've got a dark, cloudy, rainy day here. Not so ideal for grocery shopping and heck if that just isn't what we'll be doing today! Now I don't mind rain at all, but not when I'm doing my groceries. Luckily one of the stores has got indoor(?) parking lots. No idea what the correct word for it is.

Anyhoo, of course I already did my workouts for the day, some pilates inspired core work with Tasha and I added Brian's short no repeat weighted one. If you've got any, what are your workouts plans?

Got a little question for you here. During Tasha's workout we had to do bridge intermissions. So I was wondering when doing bridges if you ladies kept your hands/arms on the floor or in the air. I mostly hold mine up in the air, gives me some extra core work. Unless I've got a weight on my hips of course, than I hold on to it otherwise it'd smash my gorgeous face. Bwahahaha!🤪

Got any plans for dinner too? We're not having Asian, we'll probably grab a croissant for lunch and see if something inspires us for dinner while we're at the store.
