We get to weave two very different exercise experiences together in this workout for the lower body as we transition back and forth between cardio (lots of movement) and static (no movement) exercises via 5 all standing supersets. It will be important to pace as the endurance demand increases, both cardiovascularly and muscularly!
By deafult, the cardio exercises are low impact for the most part, but I do share progressions along the way and have them listed for each exercise in the write up so be sure to read over those before pressing play if you plan to really turn the heat up! The speed at which you move and the depth of your static holds will also help you adapt this routine to your needs today.
New Workout! Lower Body Cardio and Static Strength (W2D1)
Good morning! Are you ready for week 2?
For Week 2, Day 1 we have a Lower Body Cardio and Static Strength workout.
Lower Body Cardio and Static Strength
We get to weave two very different exercise experiences together in this workout for the lower body as we transition back and forth between cardio (lots of movement) and static (no movement) exercises via 5 all standing supersets. It will be important to pace as the endurance demand increases, both cardiovascularly and muscularly!
By deafult, the cardio exercises are low impact for the most part, but I do share progressions along the way and have them listed for each exercise in the write up so be sure to read over those before pressing play if you plan to really turn the heat up! The speed at which you move and the depth of your static holds will also help you adapt this routine to your needs today.
I encourage you to safely push those limits 💥
Grab your mat and shoes and let's get this done!
