Hello everyone, it's Monday again, funny how that happens so often!
Fun fact: libraries vacuum the dust off their books. Not-so-fun fact, I never have, so when reading a book that has been unmoved on my hallway bookshelf for several years, I've been taking in accumulated dust and giving myself headaches. Woke up with a bit of a doozy today, but after a nasal rinse and an analgesic, it's starting to subside. I'll just comfort myself with the fact that I am 89% through and can go on to read the sequels electronically. What about you? Do you read print books, do you prefer e-books, audiobooks, or is it all good?
Yesterday my workout was gardening -- I plant my garlic π§ about 8 inches deep, so there was shoveling and a lot of squats. I could feel it in my lower back at the time. That and sifting potting soil in a high wind probably did not help with the headache π€¦ββοΈ All of which means that while I would normally be doing my rescheduled Shift Day 16, I'm going to rest at *least* till I can get rid of my current headache.
Well, that's it for me, I need to be getting to the office for a day of meetings. I'll leave you with a thought from Dolly Parton on days that start out poorly: "I try to set about trying to make [things] as good as I can, 'cause I'm gonna have to live that day anyway."
