Another weekend gone and a new week begins.. but before we dive into all things happening today, let's thank Shabnam first for her last ghosting here. I'm sure she'll be lurking today, she just can't help herself..😜
Okay, I'll first start with my picture because I can already see most of you frowning thinking "isn't it a bit early to share Christmas dinner ideas?!" And while chicken is lovely for dinner, these will not be ending on our plate. Amongst all our brown chicks (12 total), we've got these 2 sparkling white ladies. I know the pic isn't very clear but aren't they gorgeous?
Anyhoo, sorry to get so extatic about chickens. Maybe we can get extatic about workouts too? How are those coming along? Will that body of yours be moving today? Mine definitely did with lower body tri sets and a leg matrix finisher with Brian. He even had the guts to ask not to be mad at him! I also added some mobility for my cranky hips, gotta take good care of 'm.
Another thing to get all excited about is dinner, allthough nothing exciting is coming to mind at the moment. Let's hope hubs has got some ideas.. Of course I'm also always open to any ideas you've got!
