I hope you start or have started a nice Saturday. It's 6:30 am here and feels colder finally.

I loved Coby's idea of opening the check in with song lyrics specifically yesterday. MJ and 6 year old Coby was super cute. My friend's daughter was about 10 year old at that time and she has a beautiful voice. She was going to sing in an event and I suggested Amy Winehouse song, Back to Black😅🤭🙈 (love this song but at that time i just loved the jazzy melody and beat of it. I had never paidattentionto the lyrics).

Any way, how's everyone moving today? I have a heavy lift workout with Brian and the one I missed from yesterday. I'll do both with light weights and low impact moves.

** guys, it's not easy for me to do this announcement. I've postponed it for a couple of weeks but it's time. I'm retiring from the community. I've been an active checker for some years and have had some of the best times of my life! I've met amazing people here, learned alot, felt supported and have made beautiful Blendfriendz for life🥹💛. FB and the community, especially the Check-Ins, remain my all time safe place but it's time to retire. I'll be doing my workouts for as long as I'm physically able and you guys will be part of my life for ever. I'll be in IG and in contact with some of my Blendfriendz but I sure will miss it here. Love you all 💛
